HDS team provide services starts from quotation , we will provide competitive and reasonable quote within 1-2 days . Normally we will provide DFM report if the long-term customer request it at the quotation status . The project engineer can speak English and read English very well , make sure we know all customer requests and provide good services during the communication of design reviewing , manufacturing status , mold tryout etc.

HDS has the most effective design and project team , providing our customers the most logical design plan and guiding the mold making.

We provide completed design data such as: DFM, 2D, 3D too drawing design , moldflow study, Part test report etc.

There  are the softwares we use in our production:

HDS mold equipped with lots of imported precise CNC center of Wintop from Taiwan . Precise wire cutting machine of Sodick from Japan and lots of EDM device. It can be sure the requirements from customer. HDS mold is dedicated to ensuring the quality of every product produced . No matter how simple or complex , HDS mold is committed to excellence, quality and satisfaction.

HDS mold  is equipped with professional quality inspect department. measuring device such as CMM, projector and some other gauges.

All components after manufacturing are measured over there including cavity insert, core insert and electrodes.

Assure the dimensions fit to drawings. All parts are inspected after sampling. then provide customer dimension reports.

HDS molding department is staffed by experienced molding processing technicians . Equipped with 4 sets of advanced injecting machines ranging from 120 tons to 250 tons , we can make some tryouts for lots of small and medium molds , and also can help client make some production in lower price . We possess the deep understanding and extensive experience in a wide variety of injection molding technologies and production methods to assist customers in transforming innovative ideas to reality.

MOLDING MATERIAL:

We have experience in the following materials:  ABS,PC,PS,PP,PC/ABS,Acetal,Nylon,TPE (Rubber),PPO (Noryl) and some special material such as PEEK, BMC.

HDS will make the checklist for each mold , to make sure customer can use it directly when customer greceive the mold . Normally the mold folder is shipped to customer together with the mold. If no special request from customer, the standard folder contains following items:

1.Final Part drawing and final dimensions report.

2.Steel dimensions report.

3.Tool assembly drawing printings.

4.Mold tryout process sheet.

5.Tool check-list.

6.One CD contains 2D & 3D mold drawing, 3D electrode data , hot runner data and all above information.
