Moldflow

HDS will arrange moldflow analysis at the same time of 3D designing for each mold . To make sure we have less issues during mold tryout and make sure it fits customer injection machine or request .

DFM

HDS will provide detailed DFM report within 1-2 days .

The DFM report includes all the detailed analysis , such as parting line , draft angle , injection , ejection , thickness , undercuts , engraving and texture , all potential issues .

3D &2D design

HDS can provide full 3D design and full 2D design , it depends customer’s request . The designer has more than 10 years of design experience , they know customer’s feedback very well , it can reduce the design updated times radically . We know customer standard such as FIS , SPI , Denso ,CK , Sika , TGS …… . We good at normal standard also , such as Hasco , DME , MISUMI , Meusburger , Progressive ……
